Update: Added Exchange 2016 and Skype for Business 2016 feed.
Note: This is an update of an article from January, 2010.
Like most people I still use RSS feeds to keep track of news and updates from various sources. But did you know you can also keep track of Microsoft’s knowledgebase articles per product using RSS feeds? Great for keeping track of updates in RSS readers like Outlook or sites like Feedly, or creating triggers on sites like IFTTT (If-This-Then-That) to automatically send e-mail notifications.
Here are some RSS feeds on knowledgebase articles that might be of interest to you:

Michel: that complete list you referenced at the bottom of the post is simply totally incomplete, I can say this for sure!
It does not list either Lync 2013, or Lync Server 2013, or Sfb2015, and Sfb Server 2015 for example..
Even though (at least) Lync2013&Lync server 2013 RSS feeds INDEED DO EXIST, as I can easily prove it:
https://support.microsoft.com/rss?rssid=16660&ln=en-us and
https://support.microsoft.com/rss?rssid=16924&ln=en-us
Frankly, I dont remember how I managed to figure these out, as these are totally missing from that list. But what annoys me more: where is the god damn Sfb2015 feed (fro the server & the client)? Find me those missing ones, if you can 😉

Perhaps I simply totally didn’t have the intention to include Skype feeds. But alas, wish granted.

Wow, now you have it! Pls. tell me where did you find those (unless of course you have an NDA for this, which I really hope is not the case.. ). I dont consider myself a lame person, still I was unable to get this information from anywhere.

Nothing more than a script which checks all these numbers if there is a support KB RSS feed behind it 🙂

Thanks for the heads-up. Note that that list is still missing feeds, like the ones for Office 365.
