Forefront Online Protection SLA

Microsoft published version 2 of their Service Level Agreement for the Microsoft ForeFront Online Protection for Exchange, formerly known as Exchange Hosted Filtering. It defines the elements of the agreements as well as the levels of service. It also contains details on service credits when uptime, mail delivery times, filter effictiveness or false positive ratios fall below agreed tresholds.
